8	Bind off 1st two stitches, knit remainder
9	Bind off 1st two stitches, knit remainder
10	Bind off 1st two stitches, knit remainder
11	Bind off 1st two stitches, knit remainder* - 14 stitches remaining
12	Knit
13	Knit
14	Knit
15	Knit
16	Knit
17	Knit
18	Knit
19	Bind off all remaining 14 stitches

Finish	Sew across toe, up along bottom, and up to ankle.
	Part of the top opening is left down and open, to enable east of
	putting on foot.
